I have 2 posts right now. One regular and one post format type ‘link’. I want links post format to NOT show up on the home page and in any archive pages. Then I want to display a loop of post format type ‘link’ on a separate page using a page template and have that template also show the pages title and content.

Simply add a custom link to your menu with type/link to the end of your domain name. Change link to any of post format type. Simple as that.
