The latest responsive menu you’ll find included in the Genesis Sample child theme is the best mobile menu for Genesis. It includes the “Menu” text displayed to the right of the menu icon and is also accessibility ready.
Note: You may also need to modify some CSS rules to work with the new mobile menu which will vary per theme.
