Make Featured Image Span Full Width of Content in Genesis Single Posts

By default, most themes add a margin around featured image which you can see in this screenshot:

In this tutorial i’ll show you 2 different ways to remove the margin from both sides of your featured image so it extends full width of the entry content container when added to single posts before the entry title.
