Make The Footer Menu Responsive In Genesis Sample Theme Version 3.1.0

The solution in this download enables you to make the secondary menu in the footer responsive in the same way as the primary menu.

Shows the secondary menu in the footer working in the same way as the responsive primary menu in the header.

Tested using Genesis Sample child theme version 3.1 however will work in any new genesis child theme which uses the new function named genesis_register_responsive_menus to register responsive menus in Genesis child themes.
