Use Same Background Image For Site Header & Primary Nav Menu

This tutorial gives you the code which displays the same image for the the site header and primary nav menu after the header like this:

Note: Tested on the Genesis Sample theme by StudioPress. Code may need modifying for use on other Genesis child themes.
