If you want to add your product category links to each product on shop loop archives, like your shop, category and tag archives, you can, using this code, with or without the link back to the category archive.
By default, this code has removed the links and only outputs the product category names.
Installation
Add the code to the end of your child themes functions file or custom functionality plugin.
