This plugin for WooCommerce enables you to customize the no shipping options text on the cart and checkout pages as well as the default no shipping notice on the checkout page.
You can also text inline with the state label which is displayed when a selected state does not support shipping.
Note : Only works with the classic cart and checkout ( shortcode ) however can be extended to work with blocks if requested.

Configuration
After activation, navigate to WooCommerce > No Shipping States in your WordPress admin to configure:
Cart Page Text
Customize the message that appears on the cart page when no shipping options are available.
Default: “No shipping options were found for”
Checkout Page Text
Customize the message that appears on the checkout page when no shipping options are available.
Default: “There are no shipping options available. Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, or contact us if you need any help.”
No Shipping Method Text
Customize the message that appears when no shipping method has been selected.
Default: “You Cannot Place An Order Because We Do Not Ship To Your State”
Text Colors
Choose custom colors for different shipping text messages using color pickers.
Default: #e2401c (WooCommerce default error color)
Show with Billing State
Display custom text inline with the billing state field label on checkout.
Default: Disabled
Prevent Checkout
Prevent checkout for customers in states without shipping options.
Default: Disabled
Clear Cart Session
Clear cached location data from cart sessions to force customers to re-enter their location.
Enable Custom Styling
Toggle to enable or disable the custom color styling.
How It Works
The plugin hooks into WooCommerce’s shipping system and replaces the default “no shipping available” messages with your custom text. The styling is applied via CSS to ensure consistency across different themes.
