This single template for custom post types works in Genesis child themes only.
The code generates 2 custom fields enabling you to add unique content to any/all single cpt pages.
The code also creates a widget area and adds single post navigation to every single CPT page.
You can also change the template from full width to content sidebar simply by removing one line of PHP code.
The order of the custom fields, widget and post navigation can also be changed simply by changing the hook position for each function.
