Link Read More Link to Any URL

This code enables you to conditionally link the read more link to any URL.

The code in this tutorial includes examples which enable you to:

• Link the read more link to a category archive page.
• Link the read more link to a absolute URL example: http://example.com
• Link the read more link to any permalink using the post or page I.D.
• Link the read more link for either excerpts or content limit set in Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives > Display: Entry excerpts or Entry content.

The code also enables you to style the read more link and modify the link text for all links or conditionally.

On top of this, the code enables you to link some read more links assigned to 1 or more categories to a specific URL and all others to the default post permalink.
