2 Ways To Show Captions Below Images Using Genesis Featured Posts Widget

Both code snippets enable you to display captions added to featured images when using the Genesis featured posts widget.

When you add captions to featured images on any Edit Post screen, they do not automatically display with your image.

What you need to do is use custom code to display the captions otherwise they won’t by default.

There’s several ways you can do this and there’s also other ways of adding your caption data to each featured image without editing each image.
