Conditional Header Image and Text Title & Description

This solution enables you to display your logo on your front page and your site title & description everywhere else. The code uses a fallback image from your images folder named header.png which can be changed or removed using the Add Logo featured added to the WordPress customizer.

PHP Code Installation

Add all the PHP code to your child themes functions file.
