Add Adsense After 1st Paragraph On Single Posts & Pages

This code enables you to display Adsense or any type of advertising content after the first paragraph of text on single posts and single pages. Simply paste the code at the end of your child themes functions file and this is an example of what you’ll find on single posts and pages:

The code works in any Genesis child theme or any WordPress theme as it uses the_content filter.

Here’s the demo video showing how the Adsense banner doesn’t display on archive type pages and only displays on single posts and single pages.

You can easily change the conditional tags if you want to display your content after the first paragraph of text on any type of archive page.
