Reveal Site Footer On Scroll

Footer Reveal is code which enables you to reveal your sites footer on scroll like you see in the following video.

Installing the code in the Genesis Sample theme is super simple using the following 3 steps.

These instructions apply to the installation of footer reveal in the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress. The code may need modification for use in other Genesis child themes.

Step 1 : Download the zip folder below and upload the folder named footer-reveal to the Genesis Sample themes root directory.

Step 2 : Add the following line of PHP code to the end of the Genesis Sample themes functions.php file:

include_once( get_stylesheet_directory() . '/footer-reveal/footer-reveal.php' );

Step 3 : Add a image named logo.png in the footer-reveal folder.

The jQuery also includes a scroll function which you can use with any class. Here’s the HTML you can add to a text widget in the header right widget area of your theme.
