Infinity Pro Title & Menu Inline When Responsive

This solution enables you to change the default Infinity Pro header elements so they more like the Monomchrome Pro & Academay Pro themes header on smaller screens like this :

Basically, the CSS changes do the following when responsive :

1. Float the title area to the left
2. Float the header menu to the right
3. Remove the “Menu” text from before the menu toggle icon ( Hamburger menu )
