Modify Genesis Portfolio Pro Plugins Archive Page Featured Image & Post Title Links

The code in this download folder enables you to modify the entire output for the portfolio custom port type & custom taxonomy term archive pages.

In this example, we’ll remove the links from the featured images and post title output in all portfolio archive page types however, you can use this code to modify all default functions and hooks used by the Genesis Portfolio Pro plugin to generate all types of archive pages for the portfolio CPT.

Tested using the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress however will work in any Genesis child theme using the Genesis Portfolio Plugin.

Installation Steps #

There’s 2 steps :

Step 1 – Copy & paste the PHP code from the functions.php file to the end of your Genesis child themes functions file.
