This code enables you to add a favorite or like or love button to your gallery images in WordPress.
Update : You can now use this new plugin named Image Likes & Favorites for WordPress without the need for any 3rd party plugins.
The button includes a like count.
Works with the native WordPress gallery in any theme.
Installation
There’s 3 steps :
Step 1 – Install the Favorites plugin and configure the settings as seen in this image.
Step 2 – Copy & paste the PHP code from the functions.php file to your child themes functions file or custom functionality plugin.
Step 3 – Copy & paste the CSS to the end of your stylesheet and remember to clear caching.
