This plugin enables the storeowner to set a cart sub total threshold per product. The plugin also enables the storeowner to set shipping methods which display based on the set threshold.

In summary, the plugin changes the shipping method based on the cart total.
Example : If the global cart total is set at $150, the shipping method and ID set in the Below Threshold setting is displayed on the cart page. Otherwise, the shipping method and ID set in the Above Threshold setting is displayed when the cart total is above $150.

The plugin prints all shipping zones along with all methods added to each zone as seen in this image :
All you need to do is copy & paste the methods ids in to the Below and Above fields seen here :
