Restrict Coupon Usage To Approved Emails In WooCommerce

The code in this plugin enables you to restrict the use of coupons to approved list of billing emails. The plugin adds settings for :

• Bulk Upload Emails via CSV
• Replace existing email addresses
• A text area for managing, adding and deleting approved emails
• Adding a custom checkout page restriction notice

Shows error notices preventing use of coupons based on an approved list of billing emails and default WooCommerce coupon settings for logged in or out users.

Usage

Activate the plugin and add emails manually, one per line or import a CSV file of billing emails.

You can use guest checkout safely without worrying about users abusing coupons as only approved users can apply coupons at checkout regardless of whether they are logged out.

Works with blocks and non block themes. Tested using 2024 & 2025 default block theme and the 2020 default theme for WordPress.
