Variations as Single Products for WooCommerce

The plugin enables you to display WooCommerce variations as single products on shop pages, category pages, and search results. Customize variation titles and hide parent products.

Note : This plugin currently only works with non block themes.

Features

• Show Variations as Single Products: Display product variations as individual products in shop, category, and search result pages
• Select Variations: Choose which variations to display – show all variations or only selected variations
• Custom Variation Titles: Set custom titles for each variation when displayed as a single product
• Variation Single Product Pages: Click variations on shop pages to go to their own single product pages instead of the parent variable product page
• Hide Parent Products: Option to hide parent variable products on shop, category, and search pages
• Global and Per-Product Control: Enable/disable variations display, selection mode, and parent hiding globally or per-product
• Shortcode Support: Works with WooCommerce product shortcodes

Global Settings

Navigate to WooCommerce > Variations as Singles:

1. Enable Globally: Enable/disable showing variations as single products globally
2. Variation Selection Mode: Choose to show all variations or only variations marked as “Display as Single Product”
3. Variation Single Product Pages: Enable variation single product pages so clicking a variation goes to its own page
4. Hide Parent Product: Select which pages (shop, category, search) should hide parent variable products

Per-Product Settings

Edit a variable product in WooCommerce:

In the General tab, you’ll find :

• Enable Variations as Singles: Override global setting for this product
• Hide Parent Product: Override global setting to hide this specific parent
• Variation Selection Mode: Override global selection mode for this product

Variation Settings

When editing a variable product, go to the Variations tab:

For each variation, you’ll find :

• Display as Single Product: Checkbox to mark this variation for display as a single product (when selection mode is set to “selected”)
• Custom Variation Title: Custom title for this variation when displayed as a single product

Usage

Variation Selection

1. Set Variation Selection Mode to “Show Only Selected Variations” in global or per-product settings
2. Edit each variable product and go to the Variations tab
3. Check “Display as Single Product” for variations you want to show
4. Only checked variations will appear on shop, category, and search pages

Variation Single Product Pages

When enabled, clicking a variation on the shop page will:

• Take you to the variation’s single product page (parent product page with variation pre-selected)
• Display the variation’s custom title if set
• Show the variation’s details instead of the parent product
