Payment
If auto renew is unchecked, you will only be billed a 1 time payment of $75 and access will be limited to the end of the billing period, after which time, access and support will cease.
You can re-subscribe using the same login username & password at anytime in the future.
If auto renew is checked, you agree that WP SITES shall be permitted to charge your credit card or PayPal account on a monthly basis until cancelled ( by you ), for providing full access & support. Payment is due upon the recurring date at $75 per month. Access may be suspended on accounts that reach 8 days past due.
Cannot Access Download Folders/Premium Content

No Resale of Service
You can use the code in any website for your own sites, client sites or theme customization however you agree not to reproduce, republish, repurpose, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell any tutorial content or access to members only content (including your membership ID), use of content, or access to the Service.
Refunds & Code Guarantee #
Refunds are only provided when the code does not work in the theme it was tested in and only after you make contact detailing the issue as well as proving full FTP & WordPress access or a copy of your theme which the code can be tested in on our local installation.
If we can’t get the code to do exactly what is shown in the demo video/images, you will receive a full refund.
Note : Any work done to fix errors created by you or 3rd party code at your end is billable at $75 per hour unless its an error caused by my code.
However please note, all paid members are entitled to order custom tutorials. If you signup for a specific tutorial and its not exactly what you need, you can request a tutorial be written for your specific needs.
Membership does not give you the right to unlimited consulting.
New Members #
Downloads are limited to 10 per month per member. All members are entitled to code installation and a guarantee that all code works in the child theme it was tested in, otherwise, you can use 1 tutorial request ( starting at $75 ) to order a custom tutorial.
Additional Tutorial Requests #
All members are entitled to Genesis child theme tutorial requests starting at $75. Tutorials are only guaranteed for themes included in the StudioPress Pro Plus package.
The fee is payable upfront ( before it is published ) for each additional tutorial request for existing members. Send the money using PayPal, Wise or Stripe to brad@wpsites.net and then make your request using this link or the contact form if you have not already done so.
Code Modification
Any work for members which takes more than 1 hour is billable starting at $75.
