This code enables you to add a top banner to any Genesis child theme.
In this case its hooked before the header in the latest version of the Genesis Sample child theme however you can easily change the hook to any other position on line 116 in the lib > customizer > customize.php file.
Note : CSS may need tweaking for use in other Genesis child themes.

Installation
There’s 3 steps relating to usage of the files inside the download folder :
Step 1 : Upload the customizer folder to the lib folder of your child theme. If none exists, create one in your root directory.
Step 2 : Copy the single line of PHP code from the functions.php file to the end of your child themes functions.php file.
Step 3 : Copy & paste the HTML from the top-banner-text.txt file to the customize > Typewriter Text > Top Banner Settings > Top Banner Text field.
