What’s Covered
Membership provides support for the installation of all existing code included in all tutorials. The installation and working of the code is guaranteed for the theme which it is tested in. No guarantee can be provided for use of code in other themes or the support for 3rd party code.
What’s Not Covered
Membership doesn’t cover custom coding.
3rd party CSS modifications/additions including your own, are not covered.
Some small modifications to existing PHP code are covered within membership depending on the time taken to complete the work.
Finding Code & Tutorials
There are usually multiple posts which solve the same problem using different methods. If you’re unsure which solution is the best for you or can’t find the exact solution you need, please use the support form and ask. Generally, the most recently published or updated tutorials contain the best code.

You’re welcome to ask questions over the weekend however they will be answered during weekdays. Support is closed on weekends.

Payment
Thank you for your monthly payment. Your transaction has completed and a receipt for your purchase has been emailed to you. You may log in to your account at www.paypal.com to view details of this transaction.
Note: To avoid skipped monthly automatic recurring subscription payments, PayPal requires you setup a funding source which connects either your bank account or credit card to your PayPal account and also verifies your account.
Termination
The following are grounds for termination of your user account ( without refund ):
- Tutorial or code redistribution/republishing or repurposing
- Access sharing or reselling
- Inappropriate or disrespectful attitude
- Republishing private emails or private Facebook support conversations
- Filing a PayPal claim or credit card chargeback
- Excessive downloads – If you need more than 10 per month, please notify us before commencing downloads. Downloads are limited to 10 per month. Exceeding this limit will result in a bill being sent at $5 per extra tutorial.

Cancel Monthly Subscription

PayPal users can also login to PayPal and Go To > My Account > Profile > My Money > My Pre Approved Payments > Click the Update link and delete/cancel or remove the profile for your subscription.
Stripe credit card users can login > go to active subscriptions and cancel or edit your subscription.
