Here’s 2 snippets which enable you to add the title of your posts page before your posts.
The posts page is determined by your Reading Settings.
The 1st code snippet works in Genesis and you can change the hook to genesis_before_loop of you like.
The entry class adds a nice background to the title whereas the entry-header class generally does not depending on your themes CSS.
