Show Content From Editor Before Posts Page Set in Reading Settings

In this tutorial, i’ll provide code that enables you to display the content from your editor, before your posts are displayed in any theme like this:

1 is the custom content you add to your editor on the Edit Page screen of your post page set in your Settings > Reading.
2 is the 1st post on your posts page
