I’m a Paid Member BUT Cannot Download Premium Tutorials

A common message sent to WP SITES from brand new members is :

I’m a registered member and logged in. Why can’t i download code from premium tutorials? Everytime I click “Download Folder” it keeps sending me to the no access page to pay again.

1. One possibility is a browser caching issue. Example: You click the download link before joining. This takes you to the pay page, but your browser has cached that redirect. You register and immediately try again. But your browser serves you the cached page instead of re-checking (because your permissions have actually changed now, but your browser doesn’t know that).

2. Another is you have multiple accounts and logged in with the one that is a free or pending account which doesn’t give you access to paid downloads.

3. You have more than one account using the same username or email address.

4. You have failed to verify your email address. Please check all your email folders including your spam folder for the email verification email. Make sure you delete all types of caching including server, browser and plugin caching.

5. Check that your membership user role is full access

6. You didn’t click auto renew when you signed up so your access has expired as auto renew is off by default.

7. Sometimes Chrome prevents downloads. Try another browser or copy the link address for the download folder into a new browser window after logging in. Firefox always works for me.

8. It does work, you just haven’t seen the download when you clicked the download folder button because your browser settings are set to store downloads somewhere not easily accessible.
