This tutorial extends the code in this tutorial and enables you to add a checkbox on single posts and pages to remove the hero section without the need to use a plugin like ACF.
The files in this download include the checkbox which is hand coded and displayed on all Edit Post/Page screens like this :

There’s 2 steps relating to installation of the files inside the download folder :
Step 1 – Upload the folder named hero to the Academy Pro themes root directory.
