Add Custom Field Support To AgentPress Listings CPT

This code adds support for custom fields to any posts type enabling you to use custom fields to add content on any CPT single edit screen. You can then display the custom field value anywhere on your site.

This code is written for use with the AgentPress Listings plugin which uses the listings CPT.
