Add Slider To Infinity Pro Front Page 1 Widget Background

This solution replaces the background image behind the front page 1 widget area in Infinity Pro with a slider like this :

The solution works on screen resize so the mobile menu icon pushes the responsive menu down below 800px without the need to reload the page and without displaying the mobile menu over the image.

Note : You can use this solution in most Genesis child themes, support for which is provided to registered users.

    Hello,

I was able to add this slider to the homepage but I want it to be fixed in the viewport without any scroll. How is the best way to accomplish this?

    1. Hi John

There is some additional work involved to do this. You are welcome to request a custom tutorial. https://wpsites.net/product/hourly-consulting/

Is it just editing the css of front-page-1. Can you provide me with the code? I don’t need a full tutorial

        1. I would need to install the code in a fresh installation of Infinity Pro and then take a look at what modifications you want done. This is not something i include in membership unless its a 2 minute job.

Ok…I’m close to getting it. I already spent the money on membership and the tutorial worked, so thank you for that. I will try and figure out on my own.

Also there are no arrows for slider navigation. Is this an additional fee as well?

Hello, I am not sure what happened to my comment about slider arrows. How do I add the arrows back? I don’t see a css file or any where to adjust the slider settings.

      1. There are none for this method. If you want slider navigation, you’ll need to use another of these tutorials.https://wpsites.net/?s=infinity+pro+slider

Is it possible to still have content further down the page?

    1. Yes, this solution only replaces the front page 1 widget background image with your slider. Did you finish installation successfully or do you need help?
