Add Video Via The Customizer To Infinity Pro Front Page 1 Widget Background

Provides the files which enable you to add a video using the video settings in the customizer and display the video as the front page 1 widget background in Infinity Pro.

Shows you how you can use a self hosted video from your WordPress media library or a add a link for a hosted video like YouTube or Vimeo. Also enables you to display a background image when no video is added.

#Installation

There’s 5 steps relating to usage of the files in the download folder :

Step 1 : Line 23 of infinity-pro > lib > output.php, modify the code like this which removes the inline CSS for front page 1:

$opts = apply_filters( 'infinity_images', array( '3', '5', '7' ) );

Step 2 : Upload the customize.php file to the Infinity Pro themes lib folder replacing the default customize.php file.

Step 3 : Copy & paste the PHP code from the helper-functions.php file to the end of the default helper-functions.php file in the lib folder.

Step 4 : Upload the front-page.php file replacing the default front page template.

Step 5 : Copy and paste the CSS to the end of the style.css or css > style-front.css file and clear caching.
