This download folder contains 2 templates which enable you to display the featured image caption on the archive listings page.
The 1st template displays the caption under the image like this :
The 2nd solution displays the caption on image hover, if it exists, otherwise, fallback text is shown which is either the listing title or image description.

Tested using the AgentPress Pro by StudioPress and the Agent Focused Pro theme by Winning Agent.
