The free solution in this download enables you to change when the responsive menu icon displays in the Genesis Sample child theme.
In this case, we change the width from the default 960px width :
To 1200px :
To change from 1200px, simply change the 1200px value in the first line of the CSS rule located inside the download folder.

I’d like to make this change to the Altitude Pro theme. I assume the CSS to be added is different than for the Sample theme. How would I go about getting help with the needed code for Altitude Pro?

The CSS in Altitude Pro is different to whats used in Genesis Sample so you’ll need another tutorial with custom code for this. I have published a custom tutorial for Altitude Pro here
