Genesis includes a couple of filters you can use to modify the text used in the previous and next page links.
You’ll find the filters on lines 566 & 567 of the genesis > lib > structure > post.php file.
Here’s the PHP code you can copy from the view raw link in the Gist and paste at the end of your child themes functions.php file.
