This tutorial provides multiple solutions which enable you to change the alignment & size of featured images on specific archives pages in Genesis.
If you use the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archives to align featured images, it effects all blog listings pages, archives, author, blog, category, search, and tag pages.
