You can add this CSS to the end of your Genesis child themes style.css file to move your mobile menu inline with your custom logo or site title when your responsive menu displays like this :
By default, most Genesis menu’s center when mobile which normally happens between 800 – 960 px screen width. This code moves the mobile toggle menu inline with your title area regardless of whether you choose to display your site title or a custom logo;

Tested using Infinity Pro versions 1.1.4, 1.2.0, 1.3.1, 1.3.2 and Genesis Sample theme version 3.4.1.
Will work in most Genesis child themes.
