Remove Additional Features Text From AgentPress Property Details When Empty

The AgentPress Listings plugin adds a custom meta box for additional features which you can add to any single property listing like the following image displays:

Thats fine if you have additional features to add to the listing but what if you don’t? The text for additional features still outputs on every single property listing like this:

The code in this tutorial, removes the additional features text only when empty like this:
