This tutorial provides the code which enables you to show the same image on single posts, single pages and archive pages including the home.php and page_blog.php templates.
By default, the featured image is shown on single posts and pages. Using the code from the download folder, you can use the same image as the Page Header Image from the customizer or an image named default.jpg from the Showcase Pro themes images folder.

Shows the same page header image ( added via the customizer ) displaying on the front page, blog page, single pages and single posts. If no image added via the customizer, the default image named default.jpg is shown from the Showcase Pro themes images folder.
