This full height vertical widget area pushes the entire site container when opened. The code is an updated version of this tutorial to work with the latest Genesis Sample theme which uses a fixed header.

Shows the animated hamburger icon in the fixed header of the Genesis Sample child theme, when clicked, opens a vertical widget displaying the nav menu widget.
Tested using the Genesis Sample child theme with fixed site header.
