This template enables you to fully customize the Author Pro books archive page and other taxonomy term archive page types. The template also includes a custom sidebar widget area you can place on the left or right side of your book archive.
In this case, we modify the entry title, add the book author to the title and remove all default markup. We also add the publisher name and external link beside the featured book image. The publishers external link is added using a custom field named publisher_link.
Tested using the Author Pro child theme by StudioPress.

Installation
There’s 3 steps :
Step 1 : Upload the file named archive-books.php to your Author Pro theme folder
Step 2 : Copy & paste the PHP code ( excluding the opening PHP tag ) from the functions.php file to the end of your Author Pro themes functions file.
Step 3 ( Optional ) : Copy & paste the CSS to the end of your child themes style.css file and remember to clear caching.
