Add No Follow To Read More Link

This code enables you to add the rel=”nofollow” attribute to the read more link.

The code works using any of the following:

• when using the WordPress More Tag to break a post on your site.
• when using the Content Limit on the Content Archives section on the Genesis Settings page
• when using the Content settings in the Genesis Featured Posts widget or any widgets which extend this widget like the Genesis Featured Content Widget & the Genesis Featured Widget Amplified.

Based on some SEO opinions, some people believe its best practice to no follow read more links however only you can determine if there is any benefit in doing this.
