Custom Login Form HTML Code for WordPress

If you want to create your own custom login form, this code is a good starting point.

When you paste the code into a text widget, here’s it what it looks like using the styling in the free Genesis default theme named Sample.

Please note your themes styling will change the way this form looks. You may need to add additional CSS to make the form look nice unless you’re using the same theme i tested the code with.

You’ll also need to change the URL’s in the code to suit your own requirements.
