Add Slide Down Widget for Menu in Genesis

This code enables you to add a slide down widget in any Genesis child theme.

The code is pre-installed in a copy of the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress.

When you click the menu icon, the width opens from the top of your site. In this example, its populated with a custom menu.

Usage in Other Themes

To use the code in any Genesis child theme, follow these simple steps.

1. Copy and paste the top-down-widget folder into your child themes root directory. This contains the jQuery & CSS for the menu.
2. Copy and paste the PHP code from the functions.php file to the end of your child themes functions.php file. This code is commented with start and end so you know which code to copy.
