Remove Genesis Author Archive & Archive SEO Settings From User Profile Page

Genesis adds several user profile fields you can see by going to Users > Your Profile.

The added fields are for author archive settings and author archive SEO settings as well as layout settings.

The following code, when added to your functions file, removes the author archive and author archive SEO settings only.
