If you’ve already added your custom post type to your home page loop, you can also add them to your RSS feed simply by adding a conditional tag to your custom function.
Simply replace your-cpt in the code above with the name of your custom post type.
Copy all the code from the view raw link and paste it at the end of your child themes functions.php file.
