Change Position of Meta Box

This solution enables you to reposition any meta box on any post type edit screen. In this example, the code repositions the Genesis SEO Settings meta box so the box displays after all others. In this case, the box is only repositioned on single custom post types named portfolio.

You can use this code to reposition any meta box in Genesis or any other WordPress theme on any post type.

Non Code Solution

Each user can simply drag and drop any meta box on any edit screen and it will be saved in the users meta data in the database.
