I’ve already written about WPEngine’s automattic daily backup & restore points of both your files and databases, but how about custom backups?
How about if you want to restore just your files and not your database?
How about if you want to restore your entire site from a specific date or point and not from the point it was created automatically?
Now you can create a backup of your files and databases at any point in time you choose.
You can then restore the entire backup or either restore your files or database.
Once you’ve created the backup, you can also send it to your Amazon s3 bucket for storage. Hopefully, you may soon be able to send your backup to Dropbox. I’ll keep you posted on this.
