This code lists the most recent updated posts first before all other modified posts. As soon as you make any changes to any post and save the changes, the list will update with the most recent modified post first.
You can display the list using the custom function with any WordPress or theme specific hook. You could also use the template tag directly in any template file or your can create a custom archive page which uses you own themes styling.
