This code modifies the default links in the WC mini cart so they open in a new window.

Tested using the Twenty Twenty theme for WordPress however will work in any WordPress theme.
Installation
There’s only 1 step :
Step 1 : Upload the cart folder to your child themes woocommerce folder. If your theme doesn’t include a woocommerce folder, create one and add the cart folder inside your woocommerce folder.
