Jetpack seems to have a few problems at the moment and is sending out old posts from December last year. They have been notified about this error. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Your email subscriptions to Googles FeedBurner no longer work as they have stopped the service some time ago.
I did try importing FeedBurner emails to WordPress and using a WordPress newsletter plugin for the newsletter but this didn’t work because WordPress doesn’t allow sending thousands of emails unless you connect to a paid SMTP provider and it also required large scale creation of new subscriber accounts for WordPress which cannot be handled either.
I also tried importing email addresses to Jetpack however this is limited to 100 unless you upgrade to a yearly premium plan.
Your email address will be added to WP SITES newsletter which uses Jetpack subscriptions OR Mailchimp.
Jetpack subscribers get sent email notification for new posts instantly whereas Mailchimp is sent 2 – 3 times per week.
