Shows the custom logo, site title and menu inline on desktops with each of the 3 elements centered on smaller screens.
Tested using the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress which includes a fixed site header. Also tested using the default custom logo width and height set in genesis-sample > config > custom-logo.php.
