This solution replaces your custom logo with the site title at the same time the Genesis responsive menu is displayed.
Your logo will then display within the responsive drop down menu, before the menu items.

Shows the logo replaced by the site title when the Genesis responsive menu is active at 960px width. Also shows the logo added inside the responsive menu before the menu items. All header elements are centered on mobile screens including the site title, description and mobile menu toggle icon.
Tested using the Genesis Sample child theme by StudioPress.
